Our brains love clarity. Focus on one meaningful goal and your success rate can jump dramatically. Let’s try it together…

Hi Growth Getter,

💪 Let’s keep it simple, shall we? Our brains LOVE clarity!

Research shows that when we focus on just one meaningful goal at a time, our chances of success can increase dramatically because the prefrontal cortex can direct energy and attention more efficiently — instead of scattering it across ten different things.

I’ll volunteer as tribute first… My ONE thing right now: grow GrowthSquad and get us ready for our September workshop.

It’s part of my bigger mission to help 1,000 women build businesses that cross $1M in revenue. It felt too big to say out loud for a while, but the pieces are clicking into place, little by little, and you’re a BIG part of it.

Big news… GrowthSquad has a new home on Skool!

Same science + soul + systems vibe, now in a simpler space for coaching, co-working, and action.

And launching in September…
a 3-day workshop to get you PAID

From Fog to (Cash)flow: Nail your niche, clarify your message, and build a business that pays you WELL

In three focused sessions, we’ll cut through the noise and move you from “doing all the things” to “doing the right thing.”

Day 1: Nail your niche
Decide the one problem you solve, for one ideal client, with one clear promise.

Day 2: Clarify your message
Turn your expertise into words that click, stick, and convert — no cringe.

Day 3: Build a business that pays you WELL
Align your offers and simple pipeline so you know exactly what to sell next and to whom.

This is for service providers, consultants, and creative pros who are done spinning and ready for traction. No bro marketing. No hustle theater. Just brain-friendly strategy you can ship this week.

Your turn! Accountability time…

the clarity → cashflow checkpoint (60 seconds)

Try this before you pick your ONE thing:

  1. Does it touch a buyer this week?
If it doesn’t create or move a real sales conversation in the next 7 days, shrink it.

  2. What’s the finish line?
Define done as a shippable deliverable — not “work on it.”
    Examples:
“Send 3 ‘spotted an opportunity for you’ DMs to past clients,”
“Publish a Problem → Promise post on LinkedIn,”
    “Book 2 sales calls,”
    “Send 1 proposal.”

  3. When-then plan it.
Write one sentence: When [day + time], then I will [precise action] at [place] for [25 min] — phone in another room.
Your prefrontal cortex loves this level of specificity — fewer decisions, more follow-through.

Finish line formula: Verb + deliverable + audience + timestamp
e.g., “Email Jess a 2-option proposal by Thursday 3pm.”

What’s the ONE thing you’ll finish this week that will bring in clients or create cashflow? Hit reply and tell me, or share it inside GrowthSquad. I’ll check in every Friday as your accountability buddy.

Small, consistent wins compound into big breakthroughs. Let’s stack yours.

🥂 Here to support you,
– Christine

My big focus this week and really the rest of the year is improving my conversion rate for Followers to free subs and free subs to paid. I feel like this is one of the bigger problems writers are facing here.

I agree! I’ll take a closer look at your sub and send you some ideas!
