The original version of this was born on January 29, 2020, in a mastermind Zoom room filled with big visions, big dreams, and zero flippin’ clue what was about to hit the world one month later.
Then… well, you know what happened.
So it sat — quietly, patiently — in a dusty “someday” folder on Google Drive.
I rediscovered this during a 2024 summer purge, gave it a glow-up, and still?
Still didn’t hit publish.
But now?
Now I feel possessed in the best possible way.
Maybe it’s the Generator in me.
Maybe it’s the astrology (Capricorn grit meets Sagittarius truth meets Gemini chaos).
Maybe it’s my rage and grief of watching brilliant women get sidelined, silenced, or burned out while trying to “do business right.”
Maybe it’s my perimenopause-fueled fire that has zero time for bullshit.
Honestly, it’s probably all of the above.
But here’s what I know:
It’s TIME.
It’s time for this to stop hiding.
It’s time for me — for us — to name what we stand for.
Loudly. Boldly. Unapologetically.
And it’s the heartbeat behind everything we do at Sprk’d.

Business as Unusual.
I didn’t start Sprk’d to scale a marketing agency. I started it to survive.
Then I stayed in it to change things.
Because I’ve seen how the business world breaks people — especially women. How it burns us out. Gaslights our genius. Rewards complexity over clarity. Rewards hustle over health. And constantly makes us feel like we’re the problem if we don’t want to play by the rules.
I call bullshit.
Sprk’d is my rebellion.
It’s my love letter to the women I’ve coached, cried with, laughed with, and lifted up.
To the ones just like me who know they’re meant for more — but are done chasing it the old way.
This isn’t simply business, marketing, writing, publishing, workshops, course creation…
This is liberation.
